Please note. The foregoing letter bore a return address of "Gregory Conyers" at an e-mail account apparently operated by the Michigan state bar association ("michbar"). The TLD Secret Intelligence Service has found that in July 2002 a Gregory P. Conyers was appointed program administrator for "Justice Initiatives" at the State Bar of Michigan. According to the news release, "His chief responsibilities will be to coordinate and implement justice projects and support communications on a wide range of State Bar led justice issues." The fast-rising Gregory P. Conyers has apparently punched quite a few career tickets within Michigan bureaucratic and NGO circles.TLDSIS was unable to discover, however, whether Gregory P. Conyers is any relation to the Michigan Democrat congressman, John Conyers. (Both men are Negroes.)
Strakon whimpers a reply
I certainly cannot refute, or even challenge, the incisive analysis from Gregory Conyers at "michbar." Clearly the level of debate has risen far above my poor mental reach.
However, I will timidly venture one minor correction, with respect to our correspondent's assumption that we labor in "butf--k nowhere." In fact TLD is not published in San Francisco.
